Description : This chakra is responsible for connecting us to Universal or Source Energy. It is also responsible for wisdom and enlightenment.

Balances: A feeling of deep spiritual connection can be felt as well as open-mindness, wisdom and a broad understanding of both the seen and unseen world.

Imbalances: Feeling disconnected spirituality or out of touch with your divinity, lack of direction or purpose, depression or nervous system disorders, migraines, ADD, learning difficulties and mental illnesses.

Direction:
Oil Burner: Add 4 drops of essential oil for a burning time of 20 minutes.
Massage: Dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml. of carrier oil.
Inhalation: Put 5 drops in 200 ml. of steamed water and inhale for 3-5 minutes.
Bath: Put 15 drops of essential oil  in the bath tub for a 20 minutes bath.

Precautions : It is considered a non-toxic, non-irritant and non-sensitizing oil.
