Description : White lotus oil is enriched with the soothing and calming properties, therefore, it provides immense relief from stress, anxiety, depression, irritation, and many other problems. It is helpful in driving away negative energies and helps in promoting tranquility, spiritual reflection, and meditation. It helps to shrink pores and leaves the face feeling more fresh and vibrant.

Direction:
Oil Burner: Add 4 drops of essential oil for a burning time of 20 minutes.
Massage: Dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml. of carrier oil.
Inhalation: Put 5 drops in 200 ml. of steamed water and inhale for 3-5 minutes.
Bath: Put 15 drops of essential oil in the bath tub for a 20 minutes bath.
Precautions : The presence of phytochemicals in Lotus causes the problems with the medications of high cholesterol, diabetes, cardiac or psychiatric conditions, erectile dysfunction of patients. It is not recommended to use this oil by pregnant and breast feeding mothers.
